Studio & Office Rules

• No Eating Or Drinking in the Studios!

(Drinks are allowed in sealable bottles)

• Feel free to eat and drink in the office, just don’t do it near the computers!

No Entry to the studios when the light is on

• The light is linked to the microphones, and illuminates when they are live.

• Please do not enter when the light is on, and give the presenting team privacy!

Do Not use the rear doors of the studios

• The rear doors of the studio should not be used, unless there is an emergency.

• They also provide access to the lift for members with accessibility requirements.

Server Room & Tech Cupboard

• The server room is out of bounds to members

• As is the tech cupboard, the back door should NOT be used as access to the bar.
