Cameras/Tripods can be found in the cupboard by the office door.
1 - Take out the Tripod and make sure it’s securely placed, with all three legs open.
2 - Unscrew the knob, and push the button forward. You can then remove the plate from the tripod.
3 - Take out the camera, turn it upside down, and place the plate with the screws lining up with the holes.
4 - Screw on the plate, using an allen key. MAKE SURE to screw both at the SAME TIME. NOTE: Allen keys should be kept in the tripod plates.
5 - Unscrew the knob, push forward the button and slide the camera on (following the direction of the arrow).
6 - Markings on the floor indicate where to put the cameras.
7 - HDMIs can be found in the bottom drawer in Studio 2.
8 - Plug this into the back of the camera, and one of the four HDMI adapters (UNDER THE TABLE).
9 - Plug a power cable into the back of the camera, and the wall. These can be found in the second drawer in Studio 2.
10 - Once you turn on the camera, you will see the video appear on the Multiview in the office.
11 - Pull out the screen.
12 - You can alter the tripod positioning, using the dials
13 - To white balance the camera, place a white card/paper in front of the camera and hold the “WB” button on the side of the camera. The screen will go black and then white balance.
14 - When packing away, place the HDMI/Power cable back into the drawers NEATLY.
15 - If the Tripod has a cover, make sure it’s placed back onto the tripod head.
